The Arts Festival accepts artwork of a quality found in an art museum or fine art gallery. Since its inception in the late 1970's, the Cain Park Arts Festival has grown to a three-day event, rated one of the top in the country, that matches 60,000-65,000 art patrons with over 150 professional artists in a beautiful park setting. Special children's concerts are also scheduled in the intimate Alma Theater. Gourmet restaurants and caterers offer food concessions throughout the weekend in the covered picnic areas surrounding the Evans Amphitheater.

Presented by the City of Upper Arlington's Cultural Arts Division and Farmers Citizens Bank, this free temporary alfresco gallery and interactive art space is held in Northam Park, 2070 Northam Road
